Information & payment
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the suites are available from approx. 3.00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive later than 18.00 hrs, please let us know. On the day of departure please vacate the suite by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
Single occupancy of the suite
For single occupancy of the suite we charge a surcharge of 70 % of the daily rate.
Reservation
A reservation is firmly booked when you have paid a deposit. The deposit can be by postal order, bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation fees
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival no cancellation fee will be deducted. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival we charge 30% and from 14 to 3 days 70% of the booked arrangement.
From 2 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure will be charged 100%.
Travel cancellation insurance
To ensure that you do not have to pay cancellation fees in case of cancellation, we recommend our travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to provide you with more information on request or when booking.

Local tax
Prices listed do not include the mandatory local tax, which all accommodation facilities in South Tyrol are legally required to charge, of € 3,00 per person and per day. The tax does not apply to children and teenagers up to the age of 14.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Fontis Lodge on request. We are happy to provide dog beds, food bowls and treats to welcome your faithful companion. Extra charge € 25,- per day plus € 40,- final cleaning. The Fontis Lounge is exclusively accessible for our guests (dogs not). The Fontis Lounge is accessible exclusively for our guests (not for dogs).
For a quiet atmosphere
In order to create a private and quiet atmosphere, we do not ask external guests to guests in your suite, the Green SPA or the Eco Farm. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Certified climate house
You will be staying in a certified climate house, which means in a building not only in terms of its energy efficiency, but also in terms of its impact on the environment the health and well-being of its guests. Benefit from a pleasant and healthy indoor climate in summer and winter and feel completely at ease during your stay, thanks to the 100 % green energy from our in-house geothermal system.
All suites are non-smoking suites!
