This is what zero transport tastes like
From A for arnica to Z for zucchini: In the large garden and the adjacent fields of our luxury farm hotel in Italy we grow alpine medicinal and aromatic herbs, vegetables, juicy berries and edible flowers. Because growing your own means no transport and no loss of quality. The eggs are supplied by our own Fontis chickens and the honey by our hard-working bees.
Depending on the season, the produce is preserved, processed in the traditional way, served to you fresh or offered for purchase in the Fontis organic store. In this way, you can prepare dishes full of natural goodness - or surprise your loved ones with a gift from nature. Our two sister facilities are also supplied with the farm's own products. And what we don’t produce ourselves doesn’t have very far to come.
